The Role
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be a key player in driving the adoption and success of the company’s AI platform. You will be responsible for building and deploying AI-powered growth workflows, both for internal use and to productize for customers across various industries. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and business acumen, allowing you to leverage the power of large language models (LLMs) to achieve exceptional growth outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered growth workflows using the company’s platform, showcasing its capabilities and driving adoption.
- Develop and refine the service delivery playbook, optimizing processes and resource allocation.
- Utilize the platform to improve internal and customer-facing processes, identifying and validating new use cases.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to create templates and workflows aligned with product launches and customer needs.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and CX teams to bring new features to market and iterate based on feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Partner with the design team on UX research initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversions.
- Test the platform and provide feedback to improve customer experience and usability.
Ideal Candidate
- 2-6 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, Analytics, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role at a high-growth startup.
- Experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and retrieval.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-threaded projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills and proficiency in project management tools.
- Passion for the intersection of AI and growth, and the potential of LLMs.
- Familiarity with Python and JavaScript is preferred.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with fluid roles and responsibilities.
